For the price is ok

It is cheap for a private room including breakfast. The staff is very kind and helping.

There is a lot of nosies from out side. There is a cold water in the shower. The A/C works just in the late night, and it is very hot to stay in the room during the day. The breakfast is basic.

Location is good, prices are lovely

The big terrace in my room , I can do hand wash my clothes and get all them dry by sunshine in 2 hours, and the 2nd when I came back late from bar, there was a 24 hours door guy open door for me immediately, thank you very much !

Receptionist wasn’t that professional, left me and my passport opened on desk alone and do check in for others guests who arrived after me first, I got many mosquito bites while waiting for my check in well done in front of reception

Good location, nice rooftop

In the mixed dormitory room there were no curtains, so the sun is into the room since sunrise so I couldn’t sleep well, also the air conditioner was so weak & wifi so slow.. I hope it gets better because it has a good location

The hostel has a really good vibe, mainly because of the...

The hostel has a really good vibe, mainly because of the guests, volunteers and all the people involved in this environment. They take care of you as if you were part of this little family and it is worthy to spend a few weeks there. In my case 2 weeks, to be precise! The breakfast is also good, but is basically the same thing everyday. The location is a plus because it is close to the 5th avenue, the port to Cozumel, restaurants, beaches and bus station.

The noyse on the street and inside the hostel. Also, it is a warm city and the air-condition only works during the night from 11pm to 8am. It was really difficult to stay in the room during the day, with no fan or air-condition.

The location.

I was not assigned the beds, they do not have a policy of respect inside, the guests and employees all night making noises and the breakfast is a coffee with old breads.

Waste of time and money

Wouldn’t want my enemies staying here, door on room didn’t shut, so was full of mosquitoes and 25+ degrees, disgusting

Excelente Hostel

Me gusto todo, el hostel es limpio, amplio, con todo lo necesario para una grata estadia, estuve 9 dias y de verdad me sentí como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno rico y lo mejor, el cariño de todos los que trabajan ahi. Muchas gracias y Exito en todo Buenas Rutas Dany

Te roban mientras dormís! Las instalaciones abandonadas

Me quedé una noche y mientras dormía entraron a la habitación y de mí cartera me sacaron todo el dinero que tenía, y a otros chicos los teléfonos y dinero. El personal del hostel no llamo a los dueños ni a la policía. Las cámaras de seguridad justo estaban dañadas por lo que nunca se va saber quién fue, siendo que estaba cerrado y no entró nadie , estábamos los hospedados y voluntarios que trabajan. No sé lo recomiendo a nadie!

Mucho por mejorar

La ubicación del lugar está buenísima, la limpieza de los dormitorios y los baños muy buena, el personal muy bueno.

El aire acondicionado funciona de 11 p.m. a 8 a.m. No hay aire en espacios comunes, hay horas del día que se hace insoportable estar ahí y la cocina con utensilios muy viejos.

Excelente ubicaciòn y agradables áreas comunes, habitaciones...

Excelente ubicaciòn y agradables áreas comunes, habitaciones amplias ( estuve en una que tiene balcón) muy buena conexiòn a internet.

Hace falta organizaciòn en general y en cuanto a la limpieza no limpian a detalle y a veces hay desorden en la cocina.

Está bien para descansar

Su terraza está bien, su sala en el primer piso está muy bien, cerca de la quinta avenida, cerca de una plaza, donde puedes encontrar cena, y muy cerca del Walmart

La puerta de mi habitación no servía así se quedó, no me dieron sábanas cuando llegue, tuve que ir en la noche a pedirlas, sin problemas me las dieron, pero yo tuve que cambiar el forro al colchón, almohada... Solo tenía 2 enchufes para 8 personas, no.pude cargar mi teléfono

La ubicación y el precio.

Una de las recepcionistas no fue muy amable, la pieza tenía bastante humedad y no tenía ninguna ventana, le faltaba espacio para colgar toallas mojadas o ropa, el aire acondicionado solo se prendía en un horario.

Linda experiencia de viaje

El staff que trabaja en el Hostel muy buenos, me ayudaron en todo y a llegar a todos lados, donde comer, Adrián hasta me invitó un postre en un resto que me recomedo. Una linda experiencia. El Hostel está muy bien ubicado y la relación calidad precio es muy buena. Super recomendable

Buena experiencia

La calidad d atencion del personal de voluntariado es exelente, estan siempre predispuestos a informar sobre lugares, precios y mejores opciones de como trasportarte... Y muy humana atencion. De primera!!!

Basicamente no tenia mucha comodidades de espacio comunes, tampoco buena señal de Wifi (nula en las.habitaciones del 3er piso) y el desayuno podria ser un poco mas completo (aunque ani lo prepara super bien con lo que le dan y es MUY amable)
