For the price is ok
It is cheap for a private room including breakfast. The staff is very kind and helping.
There is a lot of nosies from out side. There is a cold water in the shower. The A/C works just in the late night, and it is very hot to stay in the room during the day. The breakfast is basic.

Location is good, prices are lovely
The big terrace in my room , I can do hand wash my clothes and get all them dry by sunshine in 2 hours, and the 2nd when I came back late from bar, there was a 24 hours door guy open door for me immediately, thank you very much !
Receptionist wasn’t that professional, left me and my passport opened on desk alone and do check in for others guests who arrived after me first, I got many mosquito bites while waiting for my check in well done in front of reception

In the mixed dormitory room there were no curtains, so the sun is into the room since sunrise so I couldn’t sleep well, also the air conditioner was so weak & wifi so slow.. I hope it gets better because it has a good location

The hostel has a really good vibe, mainly because of the...
The hostel has a really good vibe, mainly because of the guests, volunteers and all the people involved in this environment. They take care of you as if you were part of this little family and it is worthy to spend a few weeks there. In my case 2 weeks, to be precise! The breakfast is also good, but is basically the same thing everyday. The location is a plus because it is close to the 5th avenue, the port to Cozumel, restaurants, beaches and bus station.
The noyse on the street and inside the hostel. Also, it is a warm city and the air-condition only works during the night from 11pm to 8am. It was really difficult to stay in the room during the day, with no fan or air-condition.
